Pricing is based on two booking periods: off-season and peak-season.
Off Season (November, December (excl. Christmas and New Year), January, February, March) prices are £360 for a short stay (minimum 3 nights), and £475 for a full week.
Peak Season (from April to October) prices range from £575 to £745 for full weeks depending on the date.
Heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, and there is free Wi-Fi and Netflix available.
A deposit of £100 plus a booking fee of 25% of the total cost is required on booking the cottage, with the remainder due 6 weeks before the holiday start. Note that all payments are non-refundable and the deposit may be retained depending upon circumstances.
Dogs are allowed by prior permission at an extra charge of £25.
The normal letting period is Saturday to Saturday but other periods are possible, particularly during the off season. Arrival time is 4.00pm, and departure time is 10.00am.
